When a guest reports an issue during their stay, Panama Premier Property Care responds promptly with a professional service call. Our service tech diagnoses the concern, communicates clearly with the guest, and performs necessary repairs or adjustments with minimal disruption. Whether it’s a malfunctioning appliance, or comfort-related fix, we prioritize speed, discretion, and quality workmanship to restore functionality and maintain a positive guest experience. 

Service calls and any materials needed to resolve property issues are billed separately. Tier 1 pricing applies to routine monthly supplies.

Preseason and Post season inspections (2x/year)  Smoke detector & air filter replacement (1 service call up to 1 hour/month)  Priority scheduling for service calls not included. Tier 1 price for supplies needed. 

Tier 2 pricing applies to routine monthly supplies and any supplies used for repairs.

Monthly property inspections  Up to 2 service  calls a month Fire extinguisher inspection & renewal included emergency response within 24 hours   Annual maintenance report & recommendations. 20 percent off of any property enhancements
